Policies and Rules

Payment Policy

All rentals require a $100 non-refundable deposit. This deposit will secure your event date and be held for incidentals. The deposit will be returned 48-72 hours after your event. The deposit does not go toward your balance. The balance is due 7 days before your event. Failure to pay your balance will result in cancellation of your booking.

Please adhere to the following rules to ensure your full deposit is returned:

  • Provide appropriate area for setup : A clean, flat, dry surface is required for setup. You may be asked to provide pictures/videos of the space after booking to ensure the space is appropriate.Please inform us ahead of time of any rules or regulations that are to be followed for the venues the event is taking place, including time limitations, accessibility information (stairs, elevator, etc.), and anything else that may affect the setup or break down of the play area.
  • Maintain cleanliness : There is NO food/drink/messy items (slime etc.) allowed in the play area or on the equipment. Shoes are NOT to be worn in the play area. Please ensure any paint (face paint, body paint, glitter, etc.) and the like are fully dry before entering the play area and using the equipment. Excessive dirt and soiled markings will be subjected to a cleaning fee of up to $100.
  • No sharp items : No sharp items are allowed in the play are. Scissors, pens, paint brushes and other items from outside activities that may mark up or puncture the equipment are not allowed in the play area. Please be ware of dangling earrings, sharp jewelry, zippers and other hardware on the outside of clothing, and any outside toys that may puncture the equipment.
  • Treat equipment with care : The renter will be billed the full cost of any missing or damaged equipment.
  • Tend to children in play area : Children are to be supervised at all times in the play area. We do not provide attendants.


Weather Policy

If there is a high chance of rain, a tent covering the entire play area is required. Rescheduling/cancellation due to weather is allowable up to 24 hours prior to your event. Event cancellations the day of will incur a $100 cancellation fee.


Cancellation Policy

Cancellations are allowable up to 7 days after booking. Any cancellations made after a week following the initial booking will result in a $100 cancellation fee. We will work with you within reason to reschedule bookings if needed. Cancellations due to weather fall under the weather policy.
